o Communication and mutual understanding are key, that's why the first step is one of the most critical, and allows us to understand exactly where we can add value and ergonomics to your specific accessibility needs.
o This step ensures that we not only provide the best products, but also have a comprehensive understanding of your living requirements so we can provide the latest in accessibility technology and universal design to make the most out of your home modifications and better suit your needs so you can age in place comfortably.
Home Assessment
o A detailed assessment helps us to understand how our solutions can pair with your home to both compliment the existing space and provide as much functionality as possible.
o The scope of the project will quickly be defined as we gain a better understanding of the conditions and possible challenges associated to the project.
Construction Proposal
o Once we have completed the consultancy and home assessment we are able to best address costs and a timetable for the required work.
o We meet with our client to walk through all aspects of our proposal including services performed and expected time frame, accessibility during the work being performed and costs associated to the project.
Partnerships
o We can now introduce the core benefit to working with White Heron: our strong industry affiliations and partnerships with other services in the industry not only compliment our solutions but also offer additional support to the program by including financial, on-going in-home services, and others if needed.
Proposal Acceptance
o If the proposal is accepted we engage our financial understanding (better explain) and provide the client with a critical path for all to be understanding of timelines.
o The start date is set and the work begins.
